Thank you for visiting aymanation! My name is Ayman Samman. I was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt and have been living in the United States/Chicago since 1998. I came here in pursuit of better opportunities and to practice freedom of speech, which most Americans take for granted. I have what I call creative A.D.D.. It’s not a bad thing. Actually I feel blessed to be able to express myself in many creative forms. Singing, Drawing, Poetry, Acting, Writing, Cooking. Singing always..um..struck a chord with me (pun intended). I have fronted a few bands, some in Egypt and some in Chicago and was very lucky to work with very talented musicians along the way.

Acting also has made its presence known since my childhood in the form of kids role play, school plays, and later in college and currently in independent films, commercials, and the almighty Theatre!

You could say I get off on entertaining people by creating songs, characters, food, drawings, and hopefully I am able to inspire some along the way. I hope to leave a legacy of entertaining and inspiring works that would last for many many years after my passing. I hope to create a small world where people can connect through exploring their creative potential. A small nation, if you may. Aymanation.
